Today's candidate for worse referee has to go to today's ref that really should have gone to spec savers/vision express before turning up for duty today. I think i could have done better with my cross eye and patch on my good eye.

Referee a total fucking disgrace and a cnutish self righteous attitude as well. That's what was even more galling. Not because we lost either but because the cnuts at the FA will continue to let this prat fucking spoil games week in week out. I've seen many many games of football and referees like these are a menace to the game full stop. There really has to be something done about it Almost like having a rogue cop on duty!

I'm certainly not a fan of this fellow, and he certainly made some howlers.
That said, he can be forgiven for the sending off.
I'm sure it wasn't intentional, but the camera angle closest to his view of the incident made it look like a reckless studs up lunge into the player's chest.

I think it was a foul on our player which is why they didn't get a corner after Adrian saved the ball.
I thought he got most of the decisions right to be honest in "real time". I haven't seen them back again.
What I don't understand is why he can't count... There were at least 5 subs and one goal score in second half. Under rules issued to referees that counts at 3 mins injury time. They constantly time wasted but he only gave 3 mins injury time?!!!

I saw a succession of fouls that went unpunished at one stage.
It was not going to be good from the moment Taylor gave a goalkick after their player headed over the bar in the first minute.
As for the 'penalty', what did Taylor say to Sakho while Sakho was holding his stomach on the ground?

Just watched the highlights again... Can't believe he didn't award us a penalty for the Sakho incident and the 'keeper would've had to have walked as well as he denied us a goalscoring opportunity...
In short, the referee has cost us the game really... Can't believe how awful they are in our league...
Still, nothing can be done now to reverse yesterday...

Clear pen, Vardy has to go if Adrian goes too. I don't think he was against us, but he was shit.
Lino should have given the pen. Clear as day view.

Two incredible Anthony Taylor stats:
1. We haven't won any of our last ten whilst the has refereed.
2. 8 of his last 9 red cards have been rescinded.
How he has not been demoted is obscene.

I'd have more time for him if he'd booked sakho for simulation - it's either a body check/clothesline or its a dive. Do at least a yellow woukd have been consistent
He was woeful - corners and goal kicks given the wrong way round, the studs up challenge on Adrian was, bizarre though it sounds, more dangerous than Adrian's kick. Pathetic. Poor from both linesmen as well
